The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rugged Box sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. To Be Proud, Special Gina, Rugged Box, Wild King, Gallant Carabian, Wolf Raven, Hot Air, Lonely Sunshine.




The leader got disturbed by something and Rugged Box took the lead rather easily. driver couldn't keep Wolf Raven to trotting so they were disqualified.




Gallant Carabian saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Solid Strategy galloped way to long and was disqualified. Gallant Carabian were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Gallant Carabian was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.




Rugged Box made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Wild King.
