One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Soient Mieux Bon found a gap and took the lead. Miles Gloriosus followed before Ville De Lumière. When the startcar left the field Corrente started to galop and lost 10 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Miles Gloriosus, Soient Mieux Bon, Opposing Witch, Ville De Lumière, Walking Power, Corrente, Diamond Diablo, Fell De Sy. Fell De Sy was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Soient Mieux Bon saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Opposing Witch litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
