One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Kaiser D. took the lead after a very quick start.




Rolling Sugar saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Mangrove Creek who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Solskinn sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Rolling Sugar galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Solskinn followed by Opposing Twister and Bananarama. Lane two Chris Columbus followed by Kaiser D. and Rolling Sugar. Solskinn galloped way to long and was disqualified.



With only a little left of the race Opposing Twister galoped for 50 m. Chris Columbus was first on the homestretch followed by Kaiser D. and Bananarama.

Bananarama was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.




Chris Columbus didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
