The weather had been good all week and Halmstad was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stretching Rocket sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 10 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Bold Brightness, Wondering Wardrobe, Front Runner, Tempting Diamond, Stretching Rocket, Beautiful Galaxy, Bella Ragazza, Arvydas Bakaou. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Tempting Diamond who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Bold Brightness was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m. Bold Brightness was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Stretching Rocket looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Beautiful Galaxy galoped for 20 m. Stretching Rocket were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Winner of todays race was Stretching Rocket. Arvydas Bakaou came in second. Bella Ragazza became third.
