The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Färjestad this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Pigge Black Express. Stunning Sun ended up behind the leader. Confident Pain got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Sing With Me started to galop and lost 50 m. Giusto Simile Padre was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m. When the startcar left the field My Best Friend started to galop and lost 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Stunning Sun, Shining Summer, Sun Is Shining, Confident Pain, Modest Grove, My Best Friend, Radio Star, Giusto Simile Padre. Sing With Me galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Sun Is Shining sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

With only a little left of the race Shining Summer galoped for 10 m. Radio Star sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Modest Grove galopped for 30 m on the homestretch. driver couldn't keep Slow Momentum to trotting so they were disqualified.

Pigge Black Express won. Radio Star came in second. Sun Is Shining caught third place.
