One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Top Issue. Grasping Tropic ended up behind the leader. The King Step got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 30 m. Best Pagato was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

Starshine Heat quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The King Step sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop The King Step today. It continued in the lead. Smelly Feet galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Best Pagato started to gallop after 1500m and Ari Moilanen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

The King Step sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified.

The King Step were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and Smelly Feet started to galopp and lost 20 m. Smelly Feet galoped for 60m and was disqualified.

Starshine Heat sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
