One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Giant Royal could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 30 m. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 50 m.




Nihilist quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Giant Royal took the lead after 1000m. Dominator didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Darth Vader suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m. Hoodlum was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Giant Royal was still in the lead after 1500m. Chemical Balanced galloped for 40 m.



Chemical Balanced galloped way to long and was disqualified. With only a little left of the race Dominator galoped for 20 m. Giant Royal kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Giant Royal didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
