The weather had been good all week and Åby was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Happy Sunshine found a gap and took the lead. Skjule Og Søge followed before Opposing Starshine. When the startcar left the field Skjule Og Søge started to galop and lost 10 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and White Lier sprinted to the front.




White Lier clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Manolo was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Opposing Starshine looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Special Thistle speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Two Snake Eyes galoped way to long and was disqualified.




White Lier won. Beauty Madame came in second. Man On Fire caught third place.
