The sun was shining on Örebro today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Liberty sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Golden Surprise saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Liberty who started to galop and lost 20 m. Princess Aaas was disturbed and galoped 30 m. A bird flew just in front of Påarps Inga-lisa who started to galop and lost 20 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Golden Surprise was still in the lead after 1500m. Oiseau De Corion galloped for 50 m. driver couldn't keep Liberty to trotting so they were disqualified. Princess Aaas started to gallop after 1500m and Jari Feodoroff had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Golden Surprise kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Winner of todays race was Golden Surprise. Celeste came in second. Travelling Witch became third.
