One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Good Looking Sniper found a gap and took the lead. Plenty At Stake followed before Rugged Scout. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m. Floating Cookie showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.

Einhärjar saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Light Platinum who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Lonely Thinker sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified. Floating Cookie galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.

Lonely Thinker was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Plenty At Stake gallopped for 40 m.

Plenty At Stake showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Lonely Thinker were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Winner of todays race was Lonely Thinker. Étendard came in second. Einhärjar became third.
