One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Jambuster could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Sneaking Garden suddenly started to galop. Jörgen Westholm had to struggle to get Sneaking Garden to tror again and succeded after 20 m.

Jambuster was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Prince Valiant who started to galop and lost 40 m. A bird flew just in front of Slow Knight who started to galop and lost 10 m.

Perfect Champion looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Valentino Rossi couldn't come out from behind the leader, Jambuster. Volatility suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.

Perfect Champion accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Perfect Champion were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Perfect Champion kept the speed the whole finish and won before Jambuster and Sneaking Garden.
