One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Walking Star sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Walking Star was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Glanz Dame who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Tempting Diamond looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Gold Dame couldn't come out from behind the leader, Walking Star.




Tempting Diamond accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Tempting Diamond were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Gold Dame never caught up with Tempting Diamond who won. Walking Star came third.
