One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mad Darkness found a gap and took the lead. Stopping Queen followed before Légende.




Mad Darkness was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Arabesque was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Wondering Wardrobe looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Légende couldn't come out from behind the leader, Mad Darkness. Le Samouraï was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Arabesque suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.




Mad Darkness was still in the lead after 1500m.



Arabesque was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Mad Darkness were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Mad Darkness didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
