The weather had been good all week and Eskilstuna was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Royal Empire sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Royal Empire was in fine shape and held the lead. A bird flew just in front of Meridiana Mio Numero who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Royal Empire clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.



Most Shining Star clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Lost Universe galop. Lost Universe lost 50 m.




Most Shining Star kept the speed the whole finish and won before Slow Growing Dream and Royal Empire.
