Only a humble breeze blew over Åby this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Turbo Fritz found a gap and took the lead. Dead Ship followed before Heavy Knight. Make A Wish galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Serpentine sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Serpentine followed by Opposing Meadow and Hard Rocker. Lane two Dead Ship followed by Turbo Fritz and Jumping Work.

Dead Ship litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

No-one could catch Dead Ship today who won before Turbo Fritz and Opposing Meadow.
