Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Östersund track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Running Princess found a gap and took the lead. Giggling Girl followed before Cereal Killer.

Power Mustache quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Running Princess galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Giggling Girl took the lead after 1000m. Aftenlys didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.

Giggling Girl was still in the lead after 1500m.

With only a little left of the race Singing Pony galoped for 40 m. With only a little left of the race Aftenlys galoped for 50 m. Giggling Girl kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Singing Pony galop. Singing Pony lost 40 m. driver couldn't keep Singing Pony to trotting so they were disqualified.

Neige Blanche never caught up with Giggling Girl who won. Close Technology came third.
