The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.

The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Climbing Stone. Headstorm ended up behind the leader. Waving Lilac got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Épée quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Guard Of Paris took the lead after 1000m. Headstorm didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. driver couldn't keep Épée to trotting so they were disqualified. Guardian Of Asgaard was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Nova Queen galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.

Waving Lilac accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

With only a little left of the race Work Of Art galoped for 40 m. Guard Of Paris speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Work Of Art galop. Work Of Art lost 40 m. driver couldn't keep Nova Queen to trotting so they were disqualified.

Waving Lilac never caught up with Guard Of Paris who won. Climbing Stone came third.
