The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Oviken this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bella Ragazza took the lead after a very quick start. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




Bella Ragazza was in fine shape and held the lead.




Bella Ragazza was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Bella Ragazza followed by Traffic Hazard and Elegant Moment. Lane two Grasping Wave followed by Don´t Like Rain and Stretching Lemonade.



Traffic Hazard was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Bella Ragazza looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Heavenly Brightness was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Grasping Wave won the race after a spectacular finish.
