One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Shining Madness found a gap and took the lead. Liberty followed before Heavy Sword.

All About Magic quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Shriekback sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Pastis galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Shriekback today. It continued in the lead.

With only a little left of the race Fighting Mustache galoped for 10 m. Shriekback were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Crawford showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Crawford was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.

Shriekback kept the speed the whole finish and won before No Cover Song and Liberty.
