One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Sayonara Zadiff. Finest Thistle ended up behind the leader. Brave Pony got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 50 m. driver couldn't keep Feeling Fine to trotting so they were disqualified.

Finest Thistle saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 40 m. Sayonara Zadiff started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Walking Body sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.

Walking Body sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Brave Pony sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
