Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Arvika track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Cursed Destiny could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Dagfinn Aarum wanted a little to much in the start and Gyllene galoped for 30 m. Wireless Pirate galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Cursed Destiny was in fine shape and held the lead.

Giant Spice looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Delta Leader couldn't come out from behind the leader, Cursed Destiny. Crystal Engine galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.

Giant Spice accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Cursed Destiny galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Giant Spice sat safely in the lead after 2000m.

Giant Spice was safely in the lead after 2500m.

Giant Spice were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

No-one could catch Giant Spice today who won before Georgia Sunset and Gyllene.
