The sun was shining on Arvika today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Trinity found a gap and took the lead. Diamond Ice followed before Simple Reason.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Simple Reason looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Diamond Ice couldn't come out from behind the leader, Trinity. driver couldn't keep Bob´s Big Boy to trotting so they were disqualified.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Trinity followed by Diamond Ice and Atractivo. Lane two Simple Reason followed by Bob´s Big Boy and .




Trinity sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Trinity looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Simple Reason never caught up with Trinity who won. Diamond Ice came third.
