The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Gävle this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Face To Face could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Daniel Olsson wanted a little to much in the start and Corton galoped for 40 m. Over The Hills suddenly started to galop. Anna Svensson had to struggle to get Over The Hills to tror again and succeded after 10 m.

Piece D'or quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. A bird flew just in front of Sad Witch who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Roll Twice took the lead after 1000m. Running Box didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.

With only a little left of the race Unknown galoped for 30 m. Over The Hills took the lead after 1000m. Running Box didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

No-one could catch Over The Hills today who won before Computer and Flower Sun.
