One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Princess Beauty took the lead after a very quick start. Dove Woman showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping. Falling Pony suddenly started to galop. Jim Frick had to struggle to get Falling Pony to tror again and succeded after 20 m.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Dove Woman started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Princess Beauty clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Princess Beauty followed by Bold Lilac and Vartija Ajometsästyksen. Lane two Penne Rigate followed by Falling Pony and Carifosta. Cool Breeze galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Princess Beauty sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Falling Pony galop. Falling Pony lost 10 m.

Penne Rigate won. Princess Beauty came in second. Bold Lilac caught third place.
