One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Flirty found a gap and took the lead. Chewing Gum followed before Stay With Me. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 50 m. Kaarlo Ahokas wanted a little to much in the start and Mirage De Victoire galoped for 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Stay With Me, Confident Box, Portable Valley, Comfortable Asteroid, Flirty, Growing Power, Ipred, Chewing Gum. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 10 m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 10 m. Further Instructions started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Confident Box sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Stay With Me sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Sad Bear was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Sad Bear was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Sad Bear galop. Sad Bear lost 20 m.
