The weather had been good all week and Forus was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Lover Boy sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 50 m. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 10 m. Eiffel Tower suddenly started to galop. Vidar Hop had to struggle to get Eiffel Tower to tror again and succeded after 30 m. Cato Antonsen wanted a little to much in the start and Pretzel galoped for 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Tricky Forest, Polished Diamond, Rascasse, Lover Boy, Eiffel Tower, Pretzel, Insane Sunshine, Stopping Behemoth. A bird flew just in front of Portable Star who started to galop and lost 30 m. Sputnik Stanley was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Tricky Forest clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Insane Sunshine suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.

Rascasse saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Stopping Behemoth was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Rascasse kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Rascasse showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Lover Boy won. Polished Diamond came in second. Stopping Behemoth caught third place.
