One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mighty Joe Young sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Golden Victory, Light Pie, Honourable Wolf, Into My Soul, Big Bullet, Light Piece, Funny Grey Rat, Eloi. Mighty Joe Young showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Light Piece sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Light Piece followed by Honourable Wolf and Light Pie. Lane two Funny Grey Rat followed by Big Bullet and Golden Victory.



Light Piece looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Bankroller galoped way to long and was disqualified. Light Pie was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Funny Grey Rat never caught up with Light Piece who won. Honourable Wolf came third.
