One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Why Not Today. Wish Me Luck ended up behind the leader. Bedre Hjelpe got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Mizztezz saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Wish Me Luck started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Bedre Hjelpe sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Way To Paradise was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Bedre Hjelpe followed by Top Issue and Postcard From Calgary. Lane two Why Not Today followed by Touch Down and Wish Me Luck.

Bedre Hjelpe sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

No-one could catch Bedre Hjelpe today who won before Why Not Today and Top Issue.
