Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Sodankylä track was in top-condition.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Gorgeous Top sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.




Moonlight Stardust quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Gorgeous Top took the lead after 1000m. Moonlight Stardust didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Pretzel saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Floating Meadow showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



With only a little left of the race Floating Meadow galoped for 50 m. Pretzel kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Harri Koivunen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Gorgeous Top started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Final standings. 1 Elegant Cookie, 2 Pretzel, 3 Moonlight Stardust.
