The weather had been good all week and Mantorp was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tiebreak sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Rugged Comet saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Rugged Comet was still in the lead after 1500m.



Yellow Moonlight was first on the homestretch followed by Tiebreak and Rugged Comet.

tried a little too much on the homestretch and Rugged Comet started to galopp and lost 40 m.




Winner of todays race was Yellow Moonlight. Tiebreak came in second. Rugged Comet became third.
