One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Travelling Darkness could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Étoile Jaune saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Protection Angel accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Caught By A Whirlwind put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Elegant Pony suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Elegant Pony didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
