Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Romme track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Search For Gold. King Of Dynamite ended up behind the leader. Zeus got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Avec Plaisir, King Of Dynamite, Zeus, Teach Me Tiger, Il Nero Fucile, Search For Gold, Holy Madness, Climbing Wave. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Avec Plaisir clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Avec Plaisir was still in the lead after 1500m. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Holy Madness started to gallop after 1500m and Anders L Lundin had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Avec Plaisir was still in the lead after 2000m.



Avec Plaisir looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






No-one could catch Avec Plaisir today who won before Zeus and Search For Gold.
