Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Arvika track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Crossing Cake could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Heavy Printer was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.




Gorgeous Sky quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 50 m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Unknown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m. Call Of Love was disturbed and galoped 30 m. Heavy Printer galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Gorgeous Sky today. It continued in the lead. Call Of Love started to gallop after 1500m and Carl-Erik Lindblom had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Heavy Printer galloped for 30 m.



Heavy Printer was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Gorgeous Sky looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Rolling Red sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
