One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Belmont Cragin Trotter sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Carpe Diem started to galop and lost 40 m.




Speed Thistle was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. Unknown galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Carpe Diem clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and Walking Mountain started to galopp and lost 50 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Tempting Diamond galop. Tempting Diamond lost 30 m.




Belmont Cragin Trotter didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
