The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Elegant Beauty sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Running Box quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 30 m.

Nyssia De Lou sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Nyssia De Lou was still in the lead after 1500m.

Whispering Sugar was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Nyssia De Lou kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Pointing Forest won the race after a spectacular finish.
