One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Passion De Perle found a gap and took the lead. Old Satellite followed before Global Rising. Great Big Boy was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Perfect Flame suddenly started to galop. Björn Goop had to struggle to get Perfect Flame to tror again and succeded after 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Great Big Boy, Perfect Flame, Old Satellite, Need No Hat, Midsummer Dream, Scorpio, Passion De Perle, Madame Kiwi. driver couldn't keep Global Rising to trotting so they were disqualified.

Scorpio sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Old Satellite accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Global Rising was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Passion De Perle galloped way to long and was disqualified. Scorpio was first on the homestretch followed by Old Satellite and Dream Ace.

Perfect Flame sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
