One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Louisiana Candy found a gap and took the lead. Sliding Platinum followed before Ont Couvert Soie. When the startcar left the field Daddy Martin started to galop and lost 30 m. When the startcar left the field Playing Pearl started to galop and lost 50 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Ont Couvert Soie, Sliding Platinum, Daddy Martin, Calling You Darling, Playing Pearl, Louisiana Candy, Running Architecture, .




Playing Pearl looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Louisiana Candy couldn't come out from behind the leader, Ont Couvert Soie. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Louisiana Candy galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m. Daddy Martin was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Running Architecture suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Ont Couvert Soie today. It continued in the lead.



Running Architecture was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. With only a little left of the race Running Architecture galoped for 40 m. Ont Couvert Soie kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Louisiana Candy never caught up with Ont Couvert Soie who won. Sliding Platinum came third.
