One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Finest Thistle could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Falling Scope was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. Morning Starlight suddenly started to galop. Anders I Jonsson had to struggle to get Morning Starlight to tror again and succeded after 20 m. Finest Thistle suddenly started to galop. Per-Arne Abelin had to struggle to get Finest Thistle to tror again and succeded after 50 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Happy Sunshine, Sweep Them All, Copacabana, Finest Thistle, Flower Sun, Jumping King Charles, Morning Starlight, Bulldozer.

Flower Sun sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Flower Sun was still in the lead after 1500m.

Flower Sun kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Morning Starlight gallopped 50 m after 2000m.

Flower Sun kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Heavenly Necklace galop. Heavenly Necklace lost 10 m.

Bulldozer made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Flower Sun.
