One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Glory Flame found a gap and took the lead. Kolbasz followed before Hallowed Bethy Name.




This is the positions after 500m. No Fear, The Clairvoyant, Bara Doris, The Trooper, Cartoon Figure Fred, Glory Flame, Palemas Silverheart, Don´t Worry Butch. Starshine Wind galloped way to long and was disqualified.




No Fear was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Prime Guard suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.




No Fear was still in the lead after 1500m. Kolbasz started to gallop after 1500m and Ron Pierce had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




The Trooper put some pressure on the leader and could take over. The Clairvoyant was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.




There was a new leader after 2500m, Palemas Silverheart. Don´t Worry Butch was disturbed and gallopped for 30 m.



Yoghurt was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Pirate T. galloped for 60m and was disqualified. The Trooper speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Palemas Silverheart showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




The Trooper kept the speed the whole finish and won before No Fear and Madhava.
