The weather had been good all week and Vaggeryd was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fly By could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Margaret Thatcher was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. Kent Knutsson wanted a little to much in the start and Fly By galoped for 10 m.

Fly By took the lead after 1000m. Margaret Thatcher didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Fly By looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Fly By were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Winner of todays race was Fly By. What A Save came in second. Sowing Girl became third.
