The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





General Tiger found a gap and took the lead. Shining Daffodil followed before Man On Fire.




Walking Flower saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Shining Madness sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Walking Flower suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Shining Madness followed by Man On Fire and Running Strategy. Lane two General Tiger followed by Shining Daffodil and Rugged Rock. Kirjat Arba started to gallop after 1500m and Torbjörn Jansson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Shining Madness sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Shining Madness sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Shining Daffodil galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Man On Fire never caught up with Shining Madness who won. General Tiger came third.
