One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.

Radiating Star kept the speed the whole finish and won before Of All Times and Gloria Spada.
