It had been raining for several days at Sodankylä but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Leaving Sydney sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Vanadis, Lucky Princess, Keen On Disco, Well Prepered, Luxus Lloyd, Stunning Girl, Perle Divine, Leaving Sydney. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Well Prepered looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Lucky Princess couldn't come out from behind the leader, Vanadis.




Lucky Princess looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Vanadis galloped for 30 m.




Lucky Princess sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Keen On Disco was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Vanadis was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Lucky Princess kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
