One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Tout De Suite sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Tout De Suite was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m. Roman Empire was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified. Big Valley was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.

Sergeant Wave quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Big Valley sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Tout De Suite was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Roman Empire suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.

Big Valley was still in the lead after 1500m.

Blixsten Captain seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

Roman Empire was disturbed and galopped for 0 m. Blixsten Captain were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Roman Empire galopped for 40 m on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Roman Empire galop. Roman Empire lost 30 m.

Tennessee Trotter sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
