The weather had been good all week and Lindesberg was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Focused Comet took the lead after a very quick start. Solitaire galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Sowing Lady clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Sowing Lady was still in the lead after 1500m. Focused Comet started to gallop after 1500m and Jim Frick had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Sowing Lady kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Icône galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.




Sowing Lady didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
