One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Glory Star sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 10 m. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




This is the positions after 500m. Liverpool Rules, Flickering Witch, Snowball, Butch Radio Cut, Glory Star, Running Free, Khashoggi´s Ship, . Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Khashoggi´s Ship was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Liverpool Rules was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Butch Radio Cut was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Running Free galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Liverpool Rules followed by Snowball and Butch Radio Cut. Lane two Glory Star followed by Flickering Witch and Running Free. Butch Radio Cut showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



Flickering Witch was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Liverpool Rules were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Snowball won the race after a spectacular finish.
