The weather had been good all week and Eskilstuna was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Punching Valley. Frozen Satellite ended up behind the leader. Djingis Khan got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Angelo Paradiso started to galop and lost 50 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Sowing Lady, Running Diamond, Frozen Satellite, Djingis Khan, Punching Valley, Rétablissement, Badromance, Angelo Paradiso.




Frozen Satellite sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Torbjörn Jansson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Rétablissement started to galopp and lost 30 m. driver couldn't keep Angelo Paradiso to trotting so they were disqualified.




Djingis Khan won the race after a spectacular finish.
