The sun was shining on Kuopio today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Just Now. Platinum Action ended up behind the leader. Tropical Thinker got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Mad Garden, Le Mans Racer, Just Now, Chardonnay Lady, Platinum Action, White Lier, Tropical Thinker, Silver Tear. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Chardonnay Lady took the lead after 1000m. Le Mans Racer didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

South Pacific showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Tropical Thinker won. Chardonnay Lady came in second. Just Now caught third place.
