One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Through The Gate took the lead after a very quick start. driver couldn't keep Gardens of Eden to trotting so they were disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Modest Diamond sprinted to the front.




Falling Action sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Modest Diamond looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Unknown galloped for 20 m.



Unknown was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Modest Diamond kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Falling Action won. Modest Diamond came in second. Through The Gate caught third place.
