One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Amazing Summer could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping. Famous Rose was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.




Steel Scout quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Better Sit Down took the lead after 1000m. Steel Scout didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Better Sit Down was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 40 m.




Amazing Summer suddenly took over the lead.



Amazing Summer kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Veijo Heiskanen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Famous Rose started to galopp and lost 10 m.




Amazing Summer didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
